KEMPEN DERMA DARAH

sudah lama tak update blog sebab line kt U mcm taik lembu kt beting tu . =,=
anyway, banyak yang happen recent ni and banyak aktiviti dijalankan kt U ni .

and i will like to story about kempen derma darah .
saya bukan nak bangga ape sebab saya pon x derma darah *tak cukup berat , cuma nak share my friend yang pergi derma darah ^ ^ . before that, kita kena tahu syarat2 untuk derma darah

SYARAT-SYARAT DERMA DARAH
1. berumur 18 tahun ke atas ( rasa ada limit ni , lupe )
2. berat badan melebihi 45 kg ke atas ( ni pun rasa ada limit )
3. tidak selesema,demam,pening,loya dan tidak mengambil sebarang ubat
4.tidak menghidap HIV , penyakit kelamin
5.homoseksual,biseksual* tidak dibenarkan
6.tidak mengalami haid atau period . tak boleh ye !
7.sebelum derma darah mesti alas perut , nanti pengsan

sebenarnya ada lagi syarat2 nya tapi banyak lupa . al maklum la , banyak keje

new purse , new notebook , new pencil box , new makeup bag :) - all in red . awesome dude !

belum terlambat =]]

nak ucapkan HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME !

wish saya sempena 18 tahun * dah matang . saya nak muka clean and clear ! o yeah, oleh kerana wish saya nak lesen and result yg besh2 tak kesampaian . jd wish saya dah bertukar .

but the old wish will change to my ~~AIM~~ TARGET .

yes ! i wanna get the best result even it is very difficult to get dean but seriously i want to get 3 pointer above *even physic and math nyawa2 ayam . and proud with my chemistry :)

okay . back to the birthday . saya nak mengucapkan jutaan terima kasih kepada my best friend ever .

dan after makan ayam 9 ketul , bubur ayam . dihantar balik oleh daus . die bawa kereta . die bapak ayam bawa anak ayam 8 org * dorang yg cakap,saya tak ngaku anak ayam .

thanks korang dan family *dapat hadiah pizza daripada ayah seminggu selepas my birthday . haha

tidak . cuma belum rezeki anda

aku asyik fikir je kenapa aku tak pernah merasai nikmat kemenangan , nikmat dapat balasan sesuatu yang di usahakan ?

pernah la . masa darjah 2 . dapat nombor satu . haha . and dapat piala kali-kedua dan yang terakhir .

dan tingkatan 1 dapat nombor satu dalam peperiksaan pertama dan tak pernah dapat nombor satu lagi

tapi aku bersyukur kepada-Mu Allah , aku berjaya dapat masuk ke universiti dan memang betul Allah takkan tolong kita jika kita tidak usaha dan beribadah kepada-Nya .

tapi, lesen tu saya da usaha tak dapat juga ?
